We only have one planet, and if we don't want to take care of it, don't want to save it. Then who will? There's is tons of people out there who don't even care what will happen if they cut down all the trees, catch all the fish, kill all the shark and everything else.
Some say they did it to survive, some say it can not be helped that they have to clean the forest to make way for more buildings and everything else. But still, how can any of us survive without our plant Earth?
My younger say that it won't help much with only us turning off our lights, but AT least we did it. Even if most people living in our area doesnt care much about Earth Hour, at least some of us did. One step at a time.
I believe, as time goes by, more and more people will join in to save the Earth :)
