i have so so so much fun in judo today...onli tt my right hand can not move very well...and left knee about crazy le...super pain...then other all ok ba...

haha...i learn a new throw today by myself~it's a throw dun know wat name in japanese la...haha...i also forget the english name le...now my STM become worse le =p but ar this throw is so nice~

i will hold my friend with two hand the using one leg i push her up then i drop myself down at the same time then pull her down with me then i throw her away!!~ haha dun know say correct anot la...my english not very good le..haha...and it's never good before anyway =p

i find out the name of the throw le~ it's call tomoe nage (Circle Throw) heheh~ the pic is below~

*yawn* me going to slp soon le...cause tmr maybe going to fight with bananas [now orange le la...but dun wan call b1 b2 b3 o1 o2 o3 haha so they will still be call bananas~]
